Hans was a very helpful and kind person. We made an island tour with hem. He really helped where he could e.q. he toke nice pictures for us. We can highly recommend the company where he is working for. During our trip we were offered cold drinks like rum punch and Piton beer. He stopped also on the nicest photo places and showed us some fruit at the threes where we never heard from before.We certainly would recommend Serenity tours, you won’t regret.

We met Joe at the port for what was a private ride to the zip lining. It was a good drive up to then zip line and Joe provided plenty of commentary along the way. He was great with my daughters as well who are 6 and 9.
Zip lining was fun and we were in a small group of 8 with two guides. Couldn’t recommend doing this enough.
I just wish we had more time to visit more of this beautiful island.

We booked the rainforest tram through Serenity. They get top marks for customer service as our cruise line switched the itinerary on us and we didn’t find out until after we boarded. They stuck with us when we had some difficulty locating the driver when we got to the port.
We sort of expected to be part of a busload, but we had a van all to ourselves. Our driver, Hans, was charming and informative and stayed at our destination while we did the tram ride.
The payment process requires some explanation. When booking on line I was given the choice of deposit, down payment or full payment, without much explanation. As it was right before we were leaving for the cruise, I chose full payment. I was annoyed to receive an acknowledgment that said there would be a 5% surcharge for using a credit card. This had not been mentioned before. Neither was the option of paying some other way. However, at the end of tour Hans said we had not been charged yet and had the option of paying the stated price in cash or using the credit card and paying the surcharge. This could have been explained better. Overall I was happy with Serenity.
