Fantastic Airport Transfer Experience
Serenity Tours made the trip to and from the airport a breeze. They met me at the gate, escorted me through customs, and out to a private car. The drive to the resort was two hours along extremely windy steep roads. The driver expertly navigated the route and offered facts about the island, including a stop for some local bread which was warm and delicious. I had the same driver for the return which was great. Best Decision! Carol’s Creole Cooking Class
When I travel I always like to take a cooking class. I looked and looked but couldn’t find one that caught my attention. The night before I left, I stumbled upon Serenity Vacations and there I found Carol’s Creole Cooking Class. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I couldn’t find too many reviews but It was all that I imagined and more. The class was not only a hands-on experience; I learned more about the culture and I just felt like I was part of the family. I didn’t feel like I was just in a class learning how to cook. The entire family was welcoming and knowledgeable. The views were amazing, their gardens were spectacular and the food was phenomenal. I never knew there were three types of coconuts. I got to taste so many things that were not on the menu such as fresh coconut, cherries picked right off the tree and much more. I can’t wait until I go back and was sad that I didn’t have enough time to experience any other things they had to offer. If you choose to take book with Serenity Vacations, you will not be disappointed and very pleased, just as I was of your decision. The continued standard of service is incredible

Professional
John came and picked us up at the condo in Rodney Bay. Everything had been arranged by friends for him to pick up 6 of us and take us to a private function at Marigot Bay. He was punctual and he was professional. He spent the evening with us while we enjoyed ourselves and then he dove us all safely home. Great service
Great service from Serenity as usual. They had arranged a fast track service on our arrival which I would recommend to anyone. As well as all of our transfers to and from all of our trips, whilst passing on vast local knowledge and recommendations throughout our stay. Highly disappointing
Highly disappointing experience. I booked this excursion for me and my husband for our honeymoon to only be scammed completely. Our tour guide kleeber picked us up asking what we planned to do only to not bring us on any of the 4 promised spots we were supposed to go and only brought us to two locations. We were also promised alcoholic beverages and water bottles that we never got even though there was a cooler in the front seat. Even when asking for a water bottle I was ignored. Instead, he made us purchase water bottles at the restaurant. When complaining I only received half my money back and asked to go on the tour another day when I already spent a whole day on our honeymoon ruined. Time wasted and complete disappointment. This tour guide really ruined our time. We seemed rushed to get out of wherever we went (volcano and waterfall) rushing around and being pointed out some spots in the car, when we were supposed to physically get out of the car to see certain spots as promised in the advertisement. Customize your w/ friends
Excellent service from the very beginning! Serenity provided private transportation for our entire stay with offering a “free tour” basically a customized tour of wherever you want to go on the island. This made the highlight of our trip. Henry was our driver and the absolute best! Courteous, professional, good driver, tour guide, accommodating, and a gentleman. He explained St, Lucia’s history on the ride to our stops. Not to mention, prior to arriving I had a lil’ “consultation” with Hansha who helped with organizing our excursions. Hands down- highly recommend and affordable! Serenity nails it again!
Serenity nailed it yet again. Booked Fast Track with Serenity for our arrival back home on a Wednesday. (6 flights due, with 3 arriving before us, and one of those being BA!). Given the small airport, Covid protocols, etc - we've been utilizing Fast Track on our recent arrivals and Serenity Vacations provides outstanding service!! Met at the tarmac by a very friendly and personable young lady with sign with our names, escorted us straight to the front of every line, she was delightful and made the whole process super quick and painless. Then escorted right out to our awaiting ride. From landing to vehicle, 25 minutes, and that includes the taxiing to parking lot for aircraft and waiting on our luggage (that was the longest wait! Lol) We'll absolutely be booking with them again, and again, for all our future arrivals. Serenity was Serene, Fast Track Service
What a way to arrive to the island! We made a very very last minute booking with Serenity TVL for airport arrivals Fast Track and wow - absolutely worth it! We were met by a lovely young lady with our name on sign right at the Covid tent (slight mix up, would have been met at the gangway, but we came off the plane via a different exit than she was anticipating). We were escorted right into Fast Track lane, and straight up to front for Covid test and paperwork checks, then off to Immigration, again - front of line. And off to luggage for hubs while I hit up the exchange bank. Once the luggage was off the carousel, again - front of line. And off we went, where she escorted us out to our transportation.. longest wait was for luggage! Maybe 20 minutes total from off plane and out to our vehicle.. 100% wonderfulness as a welcome home experience.. If I were a visitor, it would be an excellent start to my vacation! The young lady was absolutely lovely, personable and professional, and I'm completely mad at myself that I didn't get her name to mention her directly.. I wanna say it was Gemini, as that was the name on her necklace (if I read it correctly) - but can't be sure. Whatever her name, she was wonderful, very welcoming.. The process was smooth and easy and I can't thank Serenity enough for accommodating us fo such a last minute booking... They were super responsive when I contacted them, arranged everything via email since I didn't have cell access at the time, and it was absolutely worth it. An Exemplary Experience!
We did the private tour and used Serenity for our private transfers to Sandals Halcyon Beach. Lance did our transfer to Halcyon upon arrival in Saint Lucia. He was lovely and friendly! He stopped and got us a local snack of bread and cheese which we so appreciated, of course he had Piton beers and water for us as well! He gave us a wonderful welcome to the island. We had Hans for our private tour and our departure transfer. I couldn't tell you enough good things about our experience with Hans. We especially appreciated how much he knew about the local flora and fauna-- it seemed he knew every plant and animal we saw!
